Chef Kob takes great pride in Rib-It’s flavor profiles, only using ingredients which meet his exacting standards. While the Chef’s recipes remain a family secret, he is happy to share some of the ingredients bringing flavor to our products.

Elle & Vire Professionnel Churned Butter uses the very best French dairy products, and the expertise of its master butter makers during churning, to produce butters with unbeatable technical and flavour qualities. We use Elle & Vire exclusively in our brownies and rib recipes.
We use custom hardwood combinations when smoking our meats, including hickory, pecan, cherry, apple and lychee.
